Step 1

A parent/guardian needs to reach out to the program by 

• Texting 774-606-7085

For example, "Hello, this is [?]. I am reaching to sign up my [?] for your 18 & Under program on [?].

Step 2

Parent/guardian needs to fill out the 18 & Under League (or Youth League) RSVP form.

If the athlete is 18 years of age, they still need to take the same steps.

A parent/guardian OR the 18 year old athlete needs to reach out to the program by 

• Texting 774-606-7085

For example, "Hello, this is [?]. I am reaching to sign up my [?] for your 18 & Under program on [?].

Or, "Hello, my name is [?]. I am 18 years old and I am interested in signing up for the 18 & Under League."

Step 2

Parent/guardian OR Athlete needs to fill out the 18 & Under League (or Youth League) RSVP form.
