Club Director, Coach
Playing History
In his earlier years, even though he has never left his prime, he earned the role of Captain on multiple AA & Open level teams. He competed in the Men's USA Indoor Nationals in Denver, Colorado as a coach and setter before representing New England in the USA Men's Open Beach championships in Clearwater Beach Florida. But it doesn't stop there, as he even represented the Coastal Region in the Bay State Games. Brian currently plays as a regular in both of our adult leagues, including RCO 18+ and Men's Net 18+. However, he never misses an opportunity to go out and play volleyball, and you'll catch him at the Breathe for Bay Beach Tournament every year without fail.
Coaching History
What most people don't know about Brian is he actually begun his coaching career long before his competition days or time as a volleyball athlete. He begun volunteering to coach local youth sports such as his brother's baseball league in high school before moving on to coach at numerous clubs and high schools, including Nipmuc Regional High School where the boys still visit and honor him to this day.
If there is a day in the week Brian isn't thinking about volleyball, he must've slept through it.

Amanda's love for the game of volleyball first started when she was a young child, watching in awe as both of her parents and various family members, including her uncle, played on various teams throughout New England. She started her own high school career at North Attleboro High School in the late 90s before moving on to compete as an adult in a multitude of programs. While she found her place and a captain role on a handful of USAV teams, her most noticable feat was sweeping the competition and winning the New England Regional Beach Volleyball Championships. You can catch her reffing & playing some beach ball every week at Gators Pub.
Coaching History
Amanda has coached for a variety of clubs throughout her coaching tenure, as well as a high school coach at Tri County. She currently works as a head official for Gators Pub in Massachusetts, however, you can also consistently find her helping lead our 18 & Under leagues as well as coaching for our club teams since their debut in 2025. She head coached our Peak 17u, or girls team, through multiple tournament winnings and medals.
Players can look forward to Planet Fitness work out & recovery days with Coach Amanda this upcoming season!

Playing History
Despite being born into a volleyball family and tip-toeing around the sport for the majority of his life, Victor started his official career as an athlete in March of 2024, where he made varsity as a sophomore at Attleboro High School with no previous team experience. He went on to play 3 seasons with them, earning his varsity jacket as a junior and stepping into the role of a captain his senior year. However, his growth was most exponential in his two years of club, where he played as a libero & captain for CMASS 17u and returned to a similar role at Generations for his 18u season. He was the first official player and captain listed for one of our boys team's in program history, and quickly became the most recognizable face from our Summit Program. Despite declining his college recruitment offers, Victor hopes to continue his career in higher-level Men's Leagues while full-time coaching. He expresses interest in joining his college's team next year, but still claims he ended his official career with the team and coaches of his dreams.
Coaching History
As shocking as it may sound, Victor actually started his coaching career long before he joined any roster as a player and not a staff member. He begun as an Assistant Coach & Stat Tracker for his sister's 13u club team at Lockdown VBC, before transitioning to 2 years with 14u girls at CMASS VBC. However, he states that no program quite felt like home until he joined our staff as a Social Media Manager in 2025. Anything "Generations" you come across, just know he played a role in it's creation if not designing it in it's entirety: every video, edit, social media page, flyer, poster, jersey, and even this website.
Nowadays, you can catch Victor walking around various Men's Leagues with his 18u teammate's names sharpied to his sneakers or sitting at his desk designing something new.

When we first saw Jayon on the volleyball court during his season at King Philip Regional High School, he wasn't just a starter on the court but a player who's confidence and compassion for his sport instantly caught both other coaches' and opponents' attention. That confidence was the aspect of him we most hoped our players would learn and take from him. While he rotated throughout multiple positions at KP, Jayon ended his senior season as an opposite hitter with 71 kills.
Coaching History
Despite the fact he grew expendendously through those 3 seasons at King Philip, we began to see less and less of Jayon for a short while. Often bumping into him only at the occasional Men's Open Gym for a night remembering what it meant to him. What he didn't know was that the moment he stepped into our lobby in 2025 preparing to tie his shoes once more, he would be offered a coaching position within that very same hour.
One of our players stated that he "would not have become the player" he is now if it weren't for Jayon's constant efforts. And, despite the fact he recieved multiple college recruitment offers, he credited Jayon for the confidence he gave him to even consider those opportunities.

Playing History
While she may be the youngest staff member on our roster, her volleyball experience at this time in her life is unmatched. Sofia launched her club career as young as 8 years old, and went on to play at 4 different clubs. She played 13u at 10 years old for Lockdown VBC, and went on to play 2 more 14u years at CMASS at ages 11 and 12. However, she found her home on our Peak 17u team last year at just 13 years old, earning the role as a starting, 6-rotation outside hitter and floor captain.
Coaching History
While she has yet to jump into her coaching career, she has been a frequent member of our 18 & Under Program for the past 6 years. She takes pride in demonstrating drills and mentoring both our youngest athletes and our oldest members of the program.
Sofia consistently proves to the world that nothing determines your skill level other than the amount of work you're willing to put in.

Playing History
Cedrik began playing in our adult leagues nearly a whopping 8 years ago alongside his father, who had already became a familiar face many years prior. However, his bright smile and positive energy did not go unmissed. He returned to the program even after we were temporarily quarantined and shut down due to COVID, showing his dedication to our leagues. He still regularly participates in our RCO 18+ League.
Coaching History
Upon picking up on his level of utter excitement for the sport, we asked him to begin volunteering at our youth leagues. Cedrik has now been working alongside that program for roughly 5-6 years, and has become a tremendous asset to building player confidence. He also works regularly at RISD with their club volleyball team.
If you don't find him in the gym, he's most likely kicking back at the ice cream shop playing some Mario Kart!
